I have pretty much taken a leave of absence for the past few... however long its been. I have been doing some things behind the scenes and actually have alot of new things to post. Among them are more airshow pictures from MCAS Cherrypoint and USAF Langley as well as some drawings that I have done over the past couple months or so while at work.
I've recently been given a set of PrismaColor pens and have enjoyed toying with them in my free time. The new sketches and drawings in my gallery are a product of these pens and I have found that they have been a fun alternative to my usual (and boring) pencil drawings/sketches/etc.
So, classes will be resuming soon and don't expect to hear too much more from me!

Took a week off from everything happening on the east coast and went out to Lake Tahoe with friends for Thanksgiving. Needless to say, if you ever get the opportunity to venture out there, you must take it. I stayed in a cabin a short walk from the lake itself and managed to be down at the lake every morning for sunrise. Went on two separate hiking trips; one up to 9600ft elevation and the other on a short trail near Emerald Bay. Every corner was picturesque and I made sure to capitalize on that. I'll be uploading some of my pictures on here.

Once again, if you ever get the chance to head that way, it's worth the trip!

Yay Airshows!!!

Langley AFB VA...

Just got back from it and, wow, F22's doing only their third demonstration there; insane maneuvers and splendid noise from all the other aircraft there as well. Static displays were good, even had a mock-up JSF present. You might see some pictures i posted, but not too many of the F22 in-flight because i was too busy drooling to use a camera.
